Optional Eagle Eye Hurricane Preparation

Many homeowner and condominium associations prohibit homes from being shuttered all season. Shuttered homes looks abandoned and empty; offering a perfect target for thieves, vandals or squatters. Our team will secure your hurricane shutters and outside items before any storm, upon your request. We then promptly remove the shutters and return the home to pre-storm conditions. Hurricane Preparation Services includes a free storm damage report with pictures.

Optional Personal Concierge Services

Our goal is to make your life easier and your valuable time more enjoyable with personal concierge services. We are at your service and offer many services including:

• Meet and/or supervise: repair/installation/delivery personnel
• Mail shipment delivery reception
• Stow away or set up outdoor furniture

Pricing

Routine Home Watch Visits

Please contact us for pricing your individual needs. Routine services provided include:

• Verify A/C and Humidistat during inspection
• Running faucets - monthly
• Flushing toilets - monthly
• Running and lubricating sink disposal to prevent "lock-up" - monthly
• Visual check for any water leaks
• Visual inspection for any signs of insects or rodents
• Audio check of smoke detectors
• Turning off main water valve and water heater - monthly
• Verification that all doors and windows are secure
• Picking up mail, flyers, newspapers or packages at your home
• Weekly report via email or text

* Dependent upon frequency, property size, location and vacancy status.

Close up Home for Season

Fee $70.00* services includes:

• Setting thermostat and humidistat to requested values
• Turn down refrigerator and turn off icemaker
• Lubricate sink disposal to prevent "lock-up"
• Remove any perishable food items
• Saran wrap toilets
• Assure all windows and doors are locked
• Close all blinds
• Turn off all lights
• Assure all appliances are turned off
• Switch off water heater circuit breaker
• Turn off main water valve
• Set Security System

Opening of Home

Fee $70.00*, services include:

• Set thermostat and humidistat
• Turn up refrigerator and turn on icemaker
• Open blinds
• Restore electric and water

Action Calls

Things happen or need attention quickly. For anything that can't wait until your routine visit, an action call is always an option.

Option 1: Waiting Service - we would open the home and stay onsite for the duration of the other service company's presence, then ensure the home is locked up and secured - $45 initial hour, $11.25 each additional 15 minutes (minimum 1 hour)

Option 2: Open and Close Service - some renovations or installations could take a full day or multiple days to complete, for this situation we would open the home for the contractor and at a later coordinated time return to lockup and verify the home is secured - $90 flat rate

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, at E.E.H.W. we don't have contracts, ever. We provide a customized service agreement detailing our relationship, services and obligations to our clients and this may be terminated at any time.

What is your current service area?

We currently service Sun City Center, Kings Point, Valencia Del Sol, and the Lagoon areas. Please contact us for additional area requests.

What if a situation or emergency occurs at my home?

Our experience allows us to handle any situation with a strategic response. We will provide immediate notification to you and we will manage the problem in the fastest, safest and most cost-effective way to provide a complete, timely, response and remedy. In the event that it is not an emergency, we will contact you to implement a course of action.

How do I know my home is getting TLC while I am away?

We will send you a report, after every visit via e-mail or text, and we will contact you by phone if there is a situation needing your immediate attention.

What types of programs do you have?

Short term (vacation or selling a home), seasonal resident, and long term (investment property/landlord) all include from 2 to 4+ visits a month. We provide a customized service agreement to meet your specific requirements while you are away from home

Can Home Watch Professionals provide referral services if I need work done?

Along with our own Home Maintenance service that we provide to all our customers. We also have a preferred list of service providers and vendors that we work with.
